Who provides the service
CtrlPlus Excel is a solo-operated digital product and educational business operated by Nikhil Gond, Owner and Grievance Officer. It is a public trading name and is not a registered company. Our correspondence address is Villa No. 1, Dhwarkesh Villa Residency, Rancharda, Gandhinagar, Gujarat 382115, India. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register an account or make purchases independently. Younger visitors may use free educational content that does not require an account. We do not offer minor accounts or a parental-consent registration process at this stage.
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials private, and use only your own account. Google sign-in may create a new account as well as sign you into an existing one. Account access requires a verified sign-in. Contact us if you believe a child has registered an account.
Learning and paid access
Public lessons and basic guest Practice are available without payment. A free verified account provides account features and eligible resources. Pro provides the features listed on the current pricing page, including advanced Practice, Interview assessments, and Playground. Templates described as coming soon are not promised as currently available.
Digital products sold separately require their own purchase; a Pro subscription does not include every paid download. Review the product description, file format, compatibility, and access conditions before payment. Digital access is provided online after payment verification, with purchased files available through your account. No physical shipment is included.
CtrlPlus Excel is independent of Microsoft. The browser spreadsheet supports a defined set of features and may behave differently from desktop Excel. Learning materials and practice results do not guarantee employment, exam results, or fitness for a particular workplace decision.
Prices and payment
Current website checkout prices are in Indian rupees (INR). The selected product or plan and amount are shown before you authorise payment through Razorpay. Your bank may apply currency conversion or other bank charges if you pay from another country. International availability depends on the payment methods supported at checkout.
Review the total and any applicable tax information before payment. Do not pay an unexpected amount; contact us if the displayed details differ. Billing history records verified transactions. Payment authorisation alone, a pending payment, or a checkout success screen does not establish paid access until the payment is verified.

The selected plan's charge, frequency, introductory terms, renewal schedule, and payment limit are displayed before checkout. By expressly accepting those terms and completing the payment provider's mandate authorisation, you authorise recurring payments under that schedule. A one-time digital product purchase does not create a subscription.
Your payment issuer manages mandate authentication and recurring-payment notifications under the applicable payment rules. You can also use its available mandate controls to opt out of a debit or withdraw the mandate. Contact us if your website cancellation cannot be completed; do not assume that signing out or deleting browser storage cancels billing.
Changes to published prices do not by themselves authorise a different recurring debit. Any change requiring a new mandate or consent must be presented before it is charged. On reaching the authorised payment limit, further subscription payments require a new checkout and authorisation.
Refund and cancellation policy
Digital products are generally non-refundable after successful delivery or download. If a file is inaccessible, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us for help. We will provide a working replacement or an appropriate refund when the issue cannot be resolved. Duplicate and incorrect charges are also eligible for correction.
These conditions do not restrict remedies required by applicable law, including remedies for deficient services, misrepresented products, or delivery failures. Receiving or downloading a file does not waive those rights.
Where a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right applies, including an applicable 14-day right for European consumers, that right takes priority over our default policy. Accepting these Terms or downloading a file alone is not treated as an express waiver of that right. Email us to exercise it; we will apply the rules relevant to the purchase, including any lawful deductions for services already supplied.
Cancel future renewals at any time from your account's Plan and Billing area. After cancellation is confirmed, Pro access continues until the end of the verified paid period. Cancellation does not ordinarily produce a prorated refund for unused time or a refund for a billing period already started.
Billing errors, duplicate charges, services not provided as promised, and circumstances where applicable law requires a refund remain eligible for review. A failed or unverified payment does not activate paid access. If your bank shows a debit but access has not appeared, send us the payment reference before paying again.
Email hello@ctrlplusexcel.com with your account email, payment reference, product or plan, and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, card numbers, CVV codes, or bank authentication codes.
We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and review refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days; the final credit date depends on the payment provider and your bank. These are our service commitments, not a replacement for any shorter deadline or other remedy required by law.
A refund review does not prevent you from disputing an unauthorised charge with your payment provider or exercising your consumer rights. We do not charge a fee to cancel future subscription renewals.
Your work and downloaded materials
You retain rights to data and work you create or import. Provide only information you are entitled to use, and avoid uploading confidential workplace or third-party personal data. Account drafts may store cell values, formulas, formatting, and column widths; Playground work is stored locally for the current browser session.
Unless a product expressly supplies a different licence, downloaded materials are for your own learning and personal or internal work use. You may edit practice workbooks for that use. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, or share paid files or private download access. These restrictions do not limit rights granted by law or a third-party licence identified with a resource.
Guest work depends on browser storage. Keep a separate copy of important work. Website checkpoint grades cover the checked exercise; a full Interview assessment may require your own review against the provided guidance.
Fair use and availability
Do not access other users' accounts, bypass paid access, manipulate grades or billing, distribute harmful code, infringe others' rights, or deliberately overload the service. We may restrict access where needed to investigate misuse or protect users. Contact support to challenge an access restriction.
Maintenance and technical failures can interrupt access. Where paid service is not supplied as promised, the refund policy and applicable consumer remedies continue to apply. Updates do not remove remedies for a purchase already made. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Complaints and consumer rights
Send complaints to hello@ctrlplusexcel.com or the Contact page, including your order or payment reference where relevant. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month of receipt. Refund-specific review and initiation commitments are stated above.
The service is operated from India. Applicable Indian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply in your country. You retain access to competent consumer commissions, courts, payment dispute channels, and applicable regulators. We do not require you to waive statutory rights or use an exclusive forum that removes them.
Indian consumers can also seek assistance through the National Consumer Helpline at consumerhelpline.gov.in. Contacting us first is encouraged, but does not remove any right to seek another available remedy.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains account, payment, contact, and browser data handling. Optional analytics consent is separate from account registration and purchase authorisation. You can withdraw optional analytics consent without cancelling your account.
Effective date: 15 October 2026. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Changes requiring fresh consent or affecting an existing paid agreement must be communicated appropriately before taking effect for that agreement.
